Core Modules are high performance tiny processor modules which include Processor, RAM, ROM and Power Supply on a small footprint. The Core Modules enable the fastest track towards a prototype to a small or medium series product by minimizing risk in development and production. Bluetechnix offers several Core Modules for the ADSP-BF533, ASDP-BF537 and the ADSP-BF561 Blackfin Processor. Development and Evaluation Boards are designed for evaluating all current Bluetechnix Core Modules providing all required interfaces and respective connectors. They provide flexible interfaces for easy evaluation and allow a quick development of prototypes. The Core Modules themselves can further be used in the final product. Bluetechnix is proud to offer you a fully integrated Advanced USB-based debugger interface for the Blackfin Family in their Development Boards.

Blackfin Extender Boards offer additional functionality of e.g. Video, Audio, Camera, AD/DA converter. They can be plugged onto any Development or Evaluation Board and are stackable. so that multiple boards can be used with one Core Module.

The Bluetechnix BLACKSheep framework is based on Analog’s VDSP++ and offers drivers for several hardware interfaces like SD and CF cards, Ethernet, USB, UART, SPI, Cameras and Displays. A LabVIEW embedded Board Support Package provides VIs based on BLACKSheep framework. Additionally all Core Modules are supported by uClinux.
